Night After Night

comment if you want me to ID any of the pieces

Two collages based on two of my favorite dresses from fashion week. Sorry they're both from NYFW, I'm still getting up to date with London, and I haven't really loved anything from Milan. Basically just waiting for Paris, duhh.

Also, I'm going to New Orleans in 2-ish weeks to visit my boyfriend for the first time at college! He always comes up to see me, so I'm real excited. I want to buy something new to wear while I'm down (I've been a very good girl with the 5PFW, so I think I deserve a little somethin'). Any suggestions??

Lincoln Center Pt. Deux

h&m hat, vintage jacket, silence and noise jeans, cooperative bag, gifted shoes from Solestruck

Snapped outside the tents by College Fashionista. I had the best time I've ever had at fashion week this season, so I guess the killer cold I got was worth it. See you in September, Lincoln Center!

Badgley Mischka #isthisalladream?

vintage top, jewelry and skirt, Zara blazer, Cooperative bag, Michael Kors shoes

Some shots taken right before the Badgley Mischka show. I'm so lucky to be able to go to New York Fashion Week, it was always one of my wildest dreams as a kid. I've been writing freelance reviews for the Today Show website for the past 5 (!!!) seasons (click on the link to see a slideshow of reviews I did, specifically Badgley Mischka and Rebecca Minkoff). I can't believe it's been that long already. I hope to do many more in the coming years, because the thrill I get from seeing all the beautiful people and the amazing clothes is never diminished. Anyway, I'm off to my last show today, Adrienne Vittadini. See you guys soon!

Make You Spin

ph: LN-CC and Tumblr

I'd like to introduce my first official sponsor, LN-CC clothing! As you can see from the post some ways down, I love them and I'm so happy to be able to advertise their jaw-droppingly rad merch. I encourage all of you to click on the link at the sidebar and peruse. Their stuff is fantastic because they combine super conceptual stuff with my favorite new style, relaxed minimalism (are you tired of hearing me say that yet?). The top photo is from them, one of my favorite pieces on their site. It's an Ann Demulemeester button up and it's perfection. Also, they have a really great sale section, which is where I usually end up. Because who wouldn't want a peachy pale Rick Owens cape/shirt/snood for 40 percent off??

(I would)

p.s.- you likey the new banner?

Listening to: Gloria, by Patti Smith...except I'm actually listening to TLC. Don't judge.

What's the difference between teal and sea green?

Gap denim jacket, H&M top, Silence and Noise Jeans, Doc Martens boots

Ever since the age of 13, I've dreamt of having completely blue hair. Now that I'm living all by my lonesome, I decided that I would try a modified version. I love the way it turned out, it's like mermaid hair. Also here you can see more shots of the DM Darcie boots. The rest of the outfit is what I've been wearing for the past month, with some slight tweaking so that I'm not actually wearing the same thing every day.

Additionally, I've changed the icon to my tumblr, you can see it on the sidebar. Isn't my little dancing girl enticing?
